A Parisian seltzer cartridge refill apparatus for soda siphons dating from the 1900's. To operate, the handle must be lifted, then the bolt removed - this opens the case and then the bottle is put inside. Once closed a cartridge can be loaded. Includes the bottle with chrome casing. Decorative use recommended.
